We provide service for supervised handover of the child from one parent to other parent/party when the child visits the parent/party who he/she doesn't live with. We provide a supervised visit report as per court requirement. It can be requested by one of the parents or the legal representatives. The report can be factual (it includes only dates, time and location of visits) or detailed (it includes date, time, location and summarised description of each and every visit) depending upon the type of report requested. The report will be released to all parties at the same time, irrespective of the fact who requested it
This is when one of the parents or legal representatives require the supervisor to appear in court to give testimony. The supervisor will need an advance notice of at least 15 working days for this service.
